When a client contacts us, we book them for an initial 'intake' appoinment.This appointment is to document the scope of the client's need. We will conduct a few procedures to determine the level of focus, concentration and response before a client can proceed with our program. The client will need to fill some administrative forms and our consultant will explain and outline to the client how the program will be done, the level of commitment that is required and also, the investment in the program. Our consultants reserve the rights not to work with a client, because of certain medical conditions or based on our evaluation that the client is not fully ready to proceed in our programs yet.
